Just watched this video with Jim Coudal of Coudal Partners. I find their business really interesting. Sort of a “by the seat of our pants” philosophy. Watch the three things that they use to decide if they’ll take on a new client.

Yes. Coudal rocks! They’ve put out a few terrific videos throughout the past few years, and it’s worth exploring their blog (or signing up for its feed).

REALLY enjoyed watching that, Rickey… thank you for bringing it to our attention! I’ve always been intrigued by Jim and his company, and seeing this long-form version of him sharing his story was really helpful in understanding him better. I particularly loved two of his insights:
1. Fail often.
2. 13 proud years without a business plan.

His model certainly wouldn’t work for everyone, but you have to give him credit for his unique brand of thinking!
